Your customer will also be at the centre of everything you do, so it’s important that you know who they are, what they want and what problems they face. This way you can help to serve them as efficiently and successfully as possible.

It’s easy for a new business to take over your life, especially during really significant points in getting in started and as you go along. But you’ll need to know when to take a step back and make time for other important things, too.
9. Build up their online presence.
It’s no surprise that almost everything is online these days, and you’ll need to get yourself and your business online to create an online presence to keep up with this. Build up social media profiles and invest in a really good website.
10. Manage their money efficiently.
Money management won’t be everyone’s forte, so if it isn’t yours, it’s highly recommended to get some outside help in the form of an accountant to help you manage your business finances as efficiently as possible.
