Global professional services firm Ernst & Young (EY) has announced its 2014 “Ready, Set, Grow” program in Monaco, a platform open to all high-potential entrepreneurs from around the world to showcase their companies and discuss their plans to scale big and fast, as well as find suitable mentors.
An independent panel of mentors comprising of previous EOY winners and successful business leaders will select the participants from the pool of applicants based on the following criterion : growth opportunity; entrepreneurial spirit and leadership; financial performance; strategic direction; innovation and originality; and people philosophy. Six finalists will be picked to receive a trip to Monaco, June 4–8 2014, to join the EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year® event.
In Monaco, each participant will be given 90 minutes with a panel of four mentors, all of whom are top leaders in entrepreneurship and business creation. Those selected will have the opportunity to meet and network with 1,000 other entrepreneurs from around the world.
