Conferencing and collaboration services provider InterCall has launched a new online community for small business leaders. Called InterChange, the virtual community is organized into various sections where small business leaders can meet with their target influencers, attend webcasts, and take advantage of exclusive offers from leading brand companies and other small businesses.
In the Networking Café, visitors can chat and network with partners and customers, view job listings, participate in live discussions and explore current promotions and offers. The InterChange Resource Center houses whitepapers, presentations, videos and other collateral that visitors can put into a virtual briefcase for later viewing.
For a small fee, businesses can also design a “storefront” in the site’s Small Business Marketplace, allowing them to showcase products and services through uploaded videos, collateral and presentations. They also can communicate one-on-one with visitors in real-time, highlight special offers, access lead information for anyone who comes to their “booths”, and direct attendees to their websites and social media sites.
“InterChange is the intersection of commerce and collaboration, providing small business leaders a cost-effective and easy way to enhance their lead-generation efforts. The site connects prospective customers, potential investors and decision makers in one location,” said Kathleen Finato, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at InterCall.
