SingTel Innovation Exchange (Six) – the partner development program of Singapore-headquartered Asia telecommunications provider SingTel – has launched myBusiness techblog, an online information resource on business, innovation and technology, targeted at small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Many SMEs tend to find it difficult to identify useful technology solutions that are relevant and applicable to their businesses, and SingTel Innovation Exchange (Six) hopes to plug that gap with myBusiness techblog.
The site will feature articles and breaking tech news, curated and aggregated from some of today’s hottest technology and businesses – from content partners such as smallbiztechnology.com and Penn-Olson.com (disclosure: Young Upstarts is a content partner as well) – and will provide content such as insightful interviews of technology trendsetters, stories about the hottest new tech innovations, and practical advice on how technology can help drive business success.
SME Technology Series
Alongside myBusiness techblog, SingTel Innovation Exchange (Six) will also be organizing SME Technology Series, a set of events tailored to the needs of small and medium businesses. Co-created with luminaries from local and regional thought leaders, these interactive events will allow participants to mingle with their industry peers, as well as gain valuable insights from solution developers on the latest technology tools.
These events are also a way to showcase how technology solutions that have worked for other businesses. The debut event saw managing director of Rochor Beancurd Jason Koh (whom we interviewed some time back) share with the audience how he leveraged social media to increase traffic to his outlets, while technology solution providers – such as CEO of online media monitoring service provider JamiQ Benjamin Koe – explained how their solutions can cater to specific needs.
If you’re interested to attend the events, follow myBusiness techblog‘s event calendar for further updates.
